Vellarikka Pachadi



Ingredients
Cucumber:1/2 cup (cut into small pieces)
Coconut grated: 3 tbsp
Green chilly:2
cumin seeds:1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds:1/2 tsp
Dried red chilly:2
Oil:2 tbsp
Thick Yogurt:3 to 4 tbsp
Curry leaves as needed
Salt to taste
Preparation Method
1.Make a paste of grated coconut,garlic,green chilli and cumin seeds.
2.Cook the cucumber along with salt and little water.
3.Once it is cooked add yogurt,mix well,never let it to boil.
4.In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil, splutter mustard seeds, add red chilli and curry leaves.
5.Pour this to the mix.
