Chicken breasts: 2 breasts, cut small
Ginger garlic paste:1 tsp
Chilly powder:1 tsp
Turmeric powder::1 tsp
Garam masala powder:1 tsp
Fennel powder:1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Coriander leaves:one handful (chopped)
Samosa wrapper:As needed
Maida:1 tsp
Water:As needed

Preparation Method
1.Pressure cook chicken pieces along with little turmeric powder and salt.
2.Once it is cooked Shred it with hand.
3.Heat oil in a pan,add onions, saute until translucent.
4.Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste ,saute for 1 minute and add all powders and salt.
5.Add shredded chicken and cook for 2 minute,add coriander leaves.
6.Prepare a glue with maida by adding little water to it.
7.Take 1 tsp of chicken mixture and place it in the corner of one wrapper,fold the corner over into a triangle shape.Keep folding the wrapper until you have a puffy little triangle.Stick the end with maida glue.Do each wrapper like this.
7.Heat oil in a pan,and deep fry.(You can also bake them in oven)
