Puttu

Ingredients
Rice Powder:2 cups
Cooked Rice:1/2 cup
Grated Coconut: 1/2 cup
Salt : As required
Water:As required
Preparation Method
1.Grind cooked rice by adding little salt and water.
2.Pour this little by little to the rice powder and start mixing it so as to make the powder wet.
3.Keep on  adding and continue mixing, till u can make lumps when you clasp but which can be easily crumbled.
4.Fill the pressure cooker with water, not more than half its capacity and close the lid.(Remove the weight)
5.Place 2 tsp grated coconut in the Puttukutty (special utensil) and then add two handful of rice mixture , again add 2 tsp of grated coconut.Continue adding rice mixture and fill the top with some coconut.
6.Close the lid and place the Puttukutti on cooker and steam the Puttu for about 10-12 minutes.
