Potato Curry


Ingredients
Potato:2
Onion:1 sliced
Tomato:2
Ginger garlic Paste:1 tsp
Green chillies:3
Turmeric Powder:1 ts
Coriander powder: 1/2tsp
Red Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves:1 sprig
Coconut oil:1 tsp
small onion:2

For Coconut Paste
Coconut grated: 1/4 cup
Small onion:2
Red Chilli:2
Curry Leaves:1 spring
Preparation Method
1.In a pan fry grated coconut with small onion,Red chilli and curry leaves until golden brown color.Make paste with it.
2.Cut potatoes, tomato and green chilli into small pieces.
3 In a pan fry grated coconut with small onion,Red chilli and curry leaves until golden brown color.
4.Pressure cook the above ingredients along with sliced onions ,powders and salt(by adding enough water).
5.Once it is cooked add coconut paste and cook for 2 min,Stop fire.
6.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped small onions and saute until it turns brown in color,add curry leaves.
7.Pour this to the curry.
