Aloo(Potato) Bonda

Onion: 2,sliced
Green chilli:3,chopped
Curry leaves:1 spring
Salt:As needed
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Oil:For frying
Gram flour:1 cup
Chilli powder:1 tsp
Baking soda:A pinch
Salt to taste
Water:As needed

Preparation Method
1.Boil Potato along with little turmeric powder and salt.
2.Once done mash it well.
3.Heat a pan, pour 1 tsp of oil.
4.Add chopped onions, saute until translucent.
5.Add green chillies, curry leaves and saute for one minute.
6.Add all powders, salt and mashed potato.
5.Mix well and remove from fire.
6.Make lemon sized balls with the masala.
7.Make a thick batter with gram flour,chilli powder,salt,baking soda and water.
8.Dip the balls in the batter and deep fry..
