Moru Curry

Curd: 1 cup
Water:1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Small onion;2 nos
Garlic: 2 pods
Ginger: 1small piece
Fenugreek : 1/4 tsp
Cumin seed: 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder:1/2 tsp
Oil: 1 tsp
Mustard seed: 1 tsp
Red chili: 3 nos
Curry leaves: 1 sprig
Preparation Method
1.Mix the curd with water and blend it in a mixture.
2.Crush the ginger, garlic fenugreek seed and cumin seed.
3.Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed once it started spluttering add the red chili and curry leaves,saute for 1 min.
4.Add the chopped onion,saute well until it become light brown color.
5.Add the crushed Ginger,Garlic,Fenugreek and Cumin seeds followed by turmeric powder and saute for another 1 minute..
6.Add the Diluted curd into the mixture,heat the mixture for 1-3 minute.Never let the it to boil.
