Fish Curry

Fish :500 gm
Red Chili Powder: 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder:1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder:2 tbsp
Fenugreek Powder: 1/2 tsp
Green Chili :2
Shallot: 2,chopped
Ginger garlic paste:1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves : 2 springs
Coconut Oi :2 tsp
Salt :As required

Preparation Method
1.Clean the fish and cut into pieces. Marinate with little salt and turmeric powder,Keep Aside.
2.Soak Tamarind in water.
3.In a pan ,cook tomatoes along with,green chillies,salt and all powders by Adding required Water.
5.Cook well until the tomatoes becomes mushy,then add tamarind extract .
6.When the gravy boils add fish pieces and cook in low flame until it is done,add curry leaves.
7.Heat a pan and pour cocnut oil, add  small onion and saute well till it turns to brown color.
8.Pour this to the curry, and stop fire.
