Fish Curry (Coconut Added)

Fish :500 gm
Red Chili Powder: 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder:1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder:2 tbsp
Fenugreek Powder: 1/2 tsp
Green Chili :2
Aniseed(Perumjeerakam):1/4 tsp
Shallot: 8
Ginger :1 small piece
Curry Leaves : 2 springs
Coconut Oi :2 tb sp
Salt :As required
Grated coconut:1/4 Cup
Preparation Method
1.Clean the fish and cut into pieces. Marinate with little salt and turmeric powder,Keep Aside.
2.Soak Tamarind in water.

3.Grind grated coconut along with,small onion(3),aniseed and coriander powder.
4.In a pan ,cook tomatoes along with,green chillies,salt and all powders except coriander powder,(By Adding Water)
5.Cook well until the tomatoes becomes mushy,add Tamarind extract .
6.when the gravy boils add fish pieces and cook until it is done.
7.Add grinded coconut,stir and allow it to boil, add curry leaves.
8.Heat a pan and pour coconut oil.Add remaining small onions and saute well till it turns to brown color.
9.Pour this to the curry, and stop fire.
