Egg Roast

Green chilli:2,chopped
ginger-garlic paste:1 tsp
Oil:As required
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder:1/2 tsp
Coriander powder:1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves:few,chopped
Preparation Method
1.Boil eggs,remove outer skin and cut half.
2.Heat a pan,pour 2 tsp of oil and add onion,saute until it turns to brown color.
3.Add green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and saute.
4.Add turmeric powder,Red chilli powder,coriander powder and salt,saute until the raw smell disappears.
5.Finally add egg halves and mix well.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves.
