Coconut Chutney

Grated coconut: 1/2 cup
Green chillies: 2 nos
Coriander leaves: few
Ginger: a small piece
Salt to taste
Water:As needed
Oil: 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli:2
Asafoetida: a pinch(Optional)
Curry leaves:1 spring
Preparation Method
1.Grind grated coconut with green chillies,ginger and coriander leaves by adding required water.
2.Heat Oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
3.Add red chilli, asafoetida and curry leaves.
4.Pour grinded mix into the pan ,add salt accordingly.
5.Let it to boil once and remove from fire.
