China Grass Pudding

China grass:10 g
Milk:1/2 liter
Condensed Milk:1/2 tin
Sugar:1/2 cup
Vanilla essence:2 or 3 drops.
Preparation Method
1.Soak china grass in water for 10 minutes.
2.Boil milk by adding sugar.
3.While boiling add condensed milk,stir continuously.
4.Meanwhile ,In other pan boil china grass in little water,stir well.
5.Once it dissolves completely,pour it to the milk.
6.Stir again for 5 minutes and stop fire.
7.Add vanilla essence and mix well.
8.Pour the mixture to the pudding tray and keep aside.
9.Once cool refrigerate it and serve chilled.
