Chicken Fried Rice

Basmati Rice: 1 kg
Chicken:200 g
Soya Sauce: 3 tsp
Coriander leaves
Beans:5 or 6
Onion:1 Sliced
Turmeric Powder:1/4 tsp
Pepper & salt to taste
Preparation Method
1.Pressure cook chicken with turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt,Once it is cooked Mince it.
2.Boil Rice by adding  salt., when it is cooked keep it aside, and let the water to drain.
3.Heat a little oil in a pan add onions and saute until translucent.
4.Add chopped carrot and  beans and saute for 5 minutes.
5.Add egg along with salt,wait for a minute and mix well,then add minced chicken.
6.Add the soy sauce and the pepper to it.
7.After the soy sauce starts to boil add the cooked rice and mix it well
8.Garnish with coriander leaves.
