Chicken Cutlet

Chicken:1/4 kg
Ginger Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Chilly powder: 1/4 tsp
Garam masala: 3/4 tsp
Coriander leaves: few
Lemon juice:1tsp
Salt to taste
Bread Crumbs: 3/4 cup
Egg: 2
Oil for frying

Preparation Method
1.Cook chicken along with salt, turmeric powder and half of pepper powder.
2.Once cool mince the chicken in a food processor.
3.Boil potato and mash it.
4.Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till golden brown.
5.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds followed by turmeric powder,garam masala, pepper powder, chilly  powder,minced chicken,coriander leaves and lemon juice.
6.Saute well till it is done,Allow it to cool.
7.Add mashed potatoes into the mix..and mix well with hands.
8.Beat eggs in a bowl. Spread bread crumbs on a plate and keep aside.
9.Take the chicken potato mixture and make small balls and using your palm flatten into patties. Dip in egg whites and then roll on bread crumbs and shallow fry.
10.Serve with tomato ketchup.
