Cheera (Spinach) Curry

Cheera: 1 bunch chopped
Grated Coconut :1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Onion: 1 med
Cumin Seeds:1/2 tsp
Green Chillies:2 sliced
Shallots: 4 or 5
Coconut Oil :1 tbsp
Garlic: 3 or 4
Salt as required
Water as required
Mustard Seeds: 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves : A sprig

Preparation Method
1.Cook cheera with water, onions,salt and turmeric Powder.
2.Grind coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies and shallots with little water.
3.Add coconut mix to the curry and bring to boil.
4.Season the curry with mustard seeds and curry leaves spluttered in 1 tsp coconut oil.
