Carrot : 100g
Beans: 100g
Raw Banana: 1
Yam: 25g
Grated Coconut: 1/2
Coconut oil: 3 tsp

Green chilly: 4
Small onion:3
Curd :50ml
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Preparation Method
1.Cut carrot, beans, banana, yam and drumsticks in lengthwise.
2.Boil the vegetables with turmeric powder,salt and enough water.
3.Make a paste of grated coconut, small onion and green chilli.
4.Add this into the vegetables & cook for 5 minutes.
5.Heat coconut oil; add curry leaves for the tempering.
6.Add beaten curd to the vegetable mixture after removing from fire.
